Longstream Coaching and Training began as an offshoot from Life’s Revision, a personal coaching service. However, after working with many clients with regards to their careers and jobs, miscommunication and misdirection were two of the top reasons for their desire to leave their company. After researching various tools to help managers and employees become more effective , Inscape’s DiSC® became the tool of choice to use with not only the individual clients, but with managers as well. Longstream Coaching and Training recently added the Emotional Intelligence Profile, which helps clients to identify the areas where they show great emotional intelligence versus the areas needed to improve. People who have supervisors with high emotional intelligence are four times less likely to leave than those with low Emotional Intelligent bosses. About Ronnie T. DavisRonnie T. Davis is the president and founder of Longstream Coaching and Training LLC. With the desire to help people reach their potential and vision, Ronnie has taken herself from educator to certified life and career coach. Working with inteliigent, high achieving men and women who want to move beyond where they are at the present time, she helps her clients to formulate their vision and create goals and actions to achieve them. With many years as a trained group facilitator, trainer, mentor and coach, Ronnie works with a variety of assessments and profiles to create personalized workshops for businesses and groups. The workshop/seminar is created after meeting with the HR department director, CEO, business owner or manager to determine what issues need to be addressed. Once the suitable workshop/seminar is delivered, holding coaching sessions following the workshop supports the participants’ internalization of the information taught. Ronnie holds an M.Ed, Certification in Administration from Towson University, is a certified Personal Life Coach and Career Coach, an authorized DiSC facilitator and distributor for Inscape products, and certified in Emotional Intelligence. Ronnie is the president of the Bel Air Chapter of the Professional Referral Exchange and Area Director of the Maryland chapters of the Professional Referral Exchange. She is a charter member of the Southern Harford County Rotary and a member of the Harford County Chamber of Commerce.
